  From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this place was different. It doesn’t feel like a facility—it feels like a family. Every single person here, from Kristen at the front desk to Tyler and Shaun in the back, truly cares. You’re not just a name on a chart or a paycheck—they see you, they hear you, and they meet you exactly where you are with compassion and grace. What sets this treatment center apart is that it’s built on love, not profit. The environment is full of warmth, honesty, and genuine support. You can feel that the people here are called to this work, and it shows in the way they walk beside you through every step of healing. I’m beyond grateful for what this place has given me—not just recovery, but a renewed sense of hope and belonging. Scotty has been pivotal in bringing me back to this place after a relapse and Shane is a one of a kind program director who truly cares about my wellbeing rather than the money. Every single person here, Kristen, Scotty, Summer, Shane, Allyx, Rebecca, Shaun, Tyler, and Melissa have all played a key role in my recovery whether they know it or not, and when walking into that office it feels more like a family reunion then it does seeing staff members.

  Monarch has been a great experience! They have truly earned my trust! Their compassionate staff have patiently helped me understand that I don’t have to battle alone. I have seen first hand the lengths they will go to for their clients in recovery, and I’m happy to now consider them friends.

  Monarch is a gem of a facility. From a clinician's perspective, I have worked in many treatment facilities and IOP's. Monarch is hands down COMPASSIONATE ETHICAL CARE (something the recovery community lacks). The staff truly cares about clients and you can tell the moment you walk in. I would 10/10 recommend Monarch be considered for all your treatment needs. They love what they do and it shows in their care, professionalism, and rapport with clients.

  I have been in and out of detoxes, rehabs, and sober livings for about half of the last decade due to my alcoholism. I go, get out, stay sober a couple of years, relapse and go back. Not until my last relapse did I discover Monarch Recovery PHP/IOP and what a blessing it has been. The IOP (intensive outpatient program) provides group therapy, individual therapy with a counselor and activities to help you heal both mentally and physically. The staff are an amazing group of people who very quickly become not just friends but family. The family dynamic Monarch has is incredible and is offered with open arms. It all starts from the co-owners, to the staff, to the clients. To anyone out there with drug/alcohol addiction issues I would highly recommend getting in touch with Monarch Recovery, it will change your life.
